Shipping & Returns

You have the right to regret or change your product 14days after you have recived your product. The only condition is that the package is returned to us in its original state. The package is to be sent in return before 14 days have passed after you have given us the information that you wish to regret your purchase.

The original container and or any badges are to be returned with the package as well. Remember that you as a customer are responsible for the return until the package reaches reaches Ares Performance Wear AS.

If you already have completed a purchase with us, remember to write down your order number and name in the mail so we can help you in the best and fastest possible way. How do you send a Return?

2.Put the return form with the package in a container of your choosing 


3.Post the package and keep the receipt. The package is to be sent to: 


4.Done! When the returned package is received and treated by our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation mail.


 How to change my order? 

when you want to change size, colour or product, you simply place a new order on the desired item you want to change to. The order you want to change is returned to us as explained above. 


This way you will receive the new product after 1-5 working days, and reduces the risk of the preferred item being sold out. The payment for the returned package is transferred back to you when the returned package is handled. This can take up to 14 days. Complaint



We do our utmost to secure that all consignments and their content are fault free upon delivery. If you wish to notify us about a fault in a commodity, you should contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the fault. Complaints done before 2 months have passed since your discovery of the error, are always seen as done in time. When complaints are filed the product will be replaced by an equivalent product, or a gift card with the equivalent amount in value if the product is out of stock. Refundation of your return happens the same day you get a confirmation/credit memo from us on e-mail. This can take up to 14work days from when you sent the return. The whole of the amount payed for the returned product will be transferred back to the account which originally payed for the product. the amount will be visible on your bank account 0-5 work days after completed refund. 


Unapproved return

In consideration of hygiene, underwear and socks are not exchanged. 

Garments that have been washed can not be exchanged or returned for a refund. returned garment that are visible dirty (spots, hair and such) will not be approved. the return will be shipped back to the sender. Return without a label will not be approved. Returns that are not approved will be returned to the sender. The sender will be charged 150kr.
